PASTA CARBONARA 
1/4 lb. bacon
1 stick butter
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 lb. pasta
2 eggs, whipped
1/3 c. fresh grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut bacon into little pieces and cook in butter until clear. Heat milk in small saucepan and add bacon and butter. Add vinegar; this will turn the milk to cheese. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until sauce cooks smooth. Boil pasta; drain and return to pan. Immediately add eggs, bacon sauce and cheese. Add salt and pepper, toss, and serve.
