POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream or non-fat plain yogurt
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. raw chicken breasts, cut into sm. pieces
1/4 c. butter
2 c. crushed Ritz cracker crumbs
Poppy seeds

Mix sour cream (or yogurt) with soup. Mix with chicken. Pour in greased casserole dish. Melt butter; stir in cracker crumbs. Top casserole with cracker crumb mixture. Sprinkle casserole with poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
