CHICKEN RICE SALAD 
2 c. rice
Chicken broth
2 c. cooked chicken
2 to 3 tbsp. French dressing
1 c. peas
1 c. carrots, diced
1 c. celery, diced
Salt to taste
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. salad dressing

Cook rice in chicken broth. Marinate chicken 2 to 3 hours in French dressing, coating chicken well. Combine chicken and rice with remaining ingredients. Mix well; serve. Yield: 8 servings.
