TALLY HO TOMATO PUDDING 
2 c. dried bread cubes (crusts removed)
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. tomato puree
1/4 c. water

Put bread cubes (the drier the better) in deep casserole. Pour melted butter over bread and set aside. Combine brown sugar, tomato puree and water; bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Pour hot over buttered bread cubes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until top puffs and browns. Serve immediately.
