TOMATO - CRACKER PUDDING 
2 c. soda crackers, broken in pieces but not crushed
1 stick butter
1 can stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 oz. to 1 lb. size), do not drain
1/4-1/2 c. brown sugar, according to your taste

I use DelMonte Brand because it has green pepper, onion, etc., added.

Put crackers in small casserole. Melt butter in saucepan; add tomatoes, brown sugar and butter. Simmer together for about 5 minutes. Pour mixture over crackers and stir slightly with a fork. Bake at 325 degrees, uncovered, for 30-40 minutes.
