HI PROTEIN ENERGY SQUARES 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. skim milk
1/4 c. non-fat dry milk crystals
1 c. wheat flour
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) peanut butter chips
1/2 c. raisins

In a small bowl cream the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir in cocoa and milk; add dry milk, wheat germ, flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix at low speed until ingredients are well combined. Fold in peanut butter chips and raisins. Spread evenly in lightly greased 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool in pan. Cut into bars. Wrap each bar separately. These are great for taking along on cold weather outdoor activities.
