SOUR CREAM MASHED POTATOES 
10 lg. potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 stick butter

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain well. Place first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl and whip until lumps are gone. Add butter and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Freezes well.
