HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 quarts milk, divided
1 pint light cream
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt

Beat eggs until Foamy. Add cornstarch, flour, and sugar. Mix well. Heat 1 quart milk, add egg mixture. Bring to slow boil stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Cool add cream, vanilla, salt, and remaining milk. Pour in ice cream freezer.

Makes 1 gallon.
