HOTDOG CHILI 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Stir together all ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Add 1 tbsp. butter and continue cooking 10 minutes longer. Do not brown ground beef.
