HOMEMADE GRANOLA | |
4 c. quick old fashioned rolled oats 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) salted nuts 1 pkg. (8 oz.) pitted dates, cut up 1/4 c. sesame seeds 1/4 c. wheat germ 1/4 c. non fat dry milk powder 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. oil 1/4 c. honey In large bowl stir oats, nuts, dates and seeds, wheat germ, milk powder and cinnamon until well mixed. Drizzle with honey and oil. Stir to mix well. Spread evenly in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake in 300 degree oven for 35 minutes or until golden, stirring frequently. Cool in pan. Wrap airtight to store. Enjoy! |
