PEANUT BRITTLE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1 c. raw peanuts

Put in skillet and cook until light brown and gooey. Peanuts begin to break when through cooking. Add 1 tablespoon butter and stir good. Then add 1 teaspoon baking soda and stir good. Immediately pour onto buttered aluminum foil. Cool 45 minutes. Break into pieces.

This is Cassie's favorite recipe because she gets to help her Mom fix it for Christmas and special occasions.
