BANANA CUPCAKES 
1/4 c. Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. sour milk
1 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all above ingredients well and add 1/2 cup of mashed bananas and 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional). Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Top with white icing or serve plain with a little jelly.
