MEATLOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. chopped onions or 1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. bread or 1 pkg. Saltines, 10 double crackers
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together all ingredients and bake in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole dish. Pour 1/4 cup sauce mix over unbaked meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Heat remaining sauce to pour over servings.

SAUCE MIX:

1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
