EASY SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. lean chopped meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked spaghetti noodles

Brown first 4 ingredients, drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat immediately and simmer, uncovered, for about an hour or until sauce reaches desired consistency. You may add a small amount of water during cooking if needed. 6 servings. Approximately 125 calories each.
