CHEESY RIGATONI 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. rigatoni
1/2 lb. Mozzarella, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef and add green peppers and onions. Cook until tender. Drain excess fat and stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings. Simmer. Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Drain. Remove bay leaf. In 2 quart casserole, layer half the rigatoni, meat sauce and cheese; repeat layers. Bake for 30 minutes.
