CHEESE BALL 
2 (5 oz.) jars sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (5 oz.) jar blue cheese spread
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
Dash of garlic powder
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 c. nuts, chopped
Dash of salt

Mix cheeses, vinegar, salt, garlic powder and 1/2 cup nuts together; chill. Then form into a ball and roll in remaining nuts. Slice to serve.
