LEMON BARS 
1 Duncan Hines yellow pudding cake
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil, until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Put remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool. Cut into bars.
