1/4 c. butter 1 pt. (2 c.) chocolate ice cream, soft 1 1/2 c. Pillsbury Best all-purpose flour 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. butterscotch pieces 1 egg Melt butter in medium saucepan, remove from heat. Stir in ice cream. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth and well blended. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars. |
