SHRIMP DIP BY TRICIA 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (11 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp, drained & chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 c. white wine
Dash red pepper
Whole shrimp

Place cream cheese and cheese soup in 4 cup glass measure. Microwave at medium (50%) 5 to 6 minutes until smooth. Stir every 2 minutes. Add shrimp, garlic, wine and red pepper. Microwave medium 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Garnish with shrimp. Serve with red or green pepper, endive and breadsticks.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
