STRAWBERRY HONEYDEW WEDGES 
1 c. strawberry yogurt
1/2 c. cold water
2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 honeydew melon, cut in half & seeded

In small saucepan bring water to a boil, remove from heat; dissolve gelatin in water. Add yogurt and mix well. Stir in strawberries. Chill, stirring occasionally until thickened but not set. Beat with electric mixer on low until fluffy. Spoon mixture into melon halves. Cover and chill 3 hours or until firm. To serve, cut each melon half into 4 wedges. Garnish with additional strawberries.
