LEMONADE COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (6 oz.) can frozen concentrate lemonade, thawed

Cream together the butter and the sugar. Add eggs, beat until light and fluffy. Sift together flour and soda. Add alternately to the creamed mixture with 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate. Drop dough from a teaspoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes or until lightly brown on the edges. Brush hot cookies lightly with remaining lemonade. Sprinkle with sugar, remove to cooling rack. Yields about 4 dozen small cookies.
