SPICE CAKE 
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. spice cake mix
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (7 3/4 oz.) jar Junior prunes with tapioca
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs

Place mixes in bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 10"x4" tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool cake in pan for 30 minutes. Remove and add Banana Glaze.

BANANA GLAZE:

1/2 med. banana
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. powdered sugar

Mash bananas and add lemon juice. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating between additions.
