PARTY MINTS 
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 tsp. peppermint extract or to taste
Food coloring

Knead real well. Roll small balls and roll in granulated sugar (very important). Press in candy mold (hearts, roses, etc.) Pop out on wax paper. May freezer or store layers between wax paper in tin cans.
