CABBAGE DELUXE 
1 stick butter
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 soup can milk
1 1/2 c. pkg. herb stuffing
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter and add stuffing mix. Toss to distribute butter through stuffing. Put half of mixture on bottom of a 9 x 13 inch casserole. Add shredded cabbage.

Mix together mayonnaise, celery soup and milk. Pour over cabbage. Top with the rest of the butter/crumb mixture and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until top has browned and cabbage is tender. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
