POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
2 c. cooked, boned chicken breast, chopped
1 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
2 tbsp. poppy seed
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed

Place chicken in baking dish. Combine sour cream and chicken soup. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle Ritz crackers over soup mixture. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
