MOM'S JIFFY OATMEAL CRUNCH 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. quick oats, uncooked
1 c. raisins

In large skillet, melt butter and brown sugar. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Spread into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool, then cut into squares. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
