BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears
Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom/chicken soup

Cook rice according to directions. Cook broccoli. Layer rice, broccoli, Velveeta. Pour soup over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
