SUCRE A'LA CREME (Fudge) 
3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. cream 35%
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box confectioners' sugar

Bring to a boil sugar, cream and butter. Lower flame let it (5 minutes) boil 20-30 minutes. Take from flame. Add a box of confectioners' sugar and beat until it starts to harden. Put in a greased casserole until cool. Cut in squares.

For Chocolate Fudge add 4 tablespoons of cocoa.
