CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
3 lb. chicken
16 oz. spaghetti
3 lb. jar Ragu sauce or 1 lg. Hunt's Prima Salsa and 1 lg. Piegu sauce
Oregano
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Parmesan cheese

Mix spices and flour. Coat chicken with flour mix and brown in large skillet. When almost cooked, remove and put in large roaster or skillet. While browning, cook spaghetti. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken. Sprinkle little oregano and garlic over top of sauce. Cover and simmer until hot. Serve sauce on spaghetti.
