SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. hot sausage
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. minced celery
1 chopped green pepper
1 c. oil (optional)
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. dry mustard
4 dashes dried red pepper
1 tsp. oregano
2 bay leaves, crumbled
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Brown first 5 ingredients together. Drain and add all other ingredients. Simmer at least 1 1/2 hours.
