DORIS PORK ROAST 
2 or 3 lb. boneless pork roast
1/2 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
1 jar sauerkraut with juice

Season and brown the pork roast in oil. Put in oven proof pan. Pour in one jar of sauerkraut. Sprinkle brown sugar over kraut. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes.
