GLORIFIED RICE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
2 c. cold boiled rice
3 slices pineapple, cut
1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
4 tbsp. sugar

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add pineapple juice. When Jello begins to thicken, fold in the cold rice and pineapple. Add whipped cream and sugar.
