CREAMY CRAB ALFREDO 
2 tbsp. butter
4 tsp. flour
1 1/4 c. half and half
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. crab flakes or chunks
6 oz. fettucini noodles, cooked & drained
1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley

Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour. Gradually add cream, stirring until thickened. Add cheese and cook until smooth. Fold in crab; heat 3 more minutes. Toss sauce with fettucini. Thin with 2 to 4 tablespoons milk if desired or as needed. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
