TACO PIE 
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. taco or chili mix
1 (8 oz.) quick crescent dinner rolls
2 c. plain Doritos, crushed
Lettuce and avocado
2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. sliced onions
1 c. cheese, grated

Pat your dinner roll to make your crust in 10 inch pan. Brown your ground beef and onion, salt and pepper to taste. Drain. Add seasoning package and 1/2 cup of water. Cook on simmer for 5 minutes. Put 1 cup crushed chips over bottom crust. Add the meat mixture over top of chips, put cheese over top of meat mixture and then put last cup of mixture over top of cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until crust browns. Remove from oven, cut and add lettuce and avocado.
