RUBY'S FAMOUS LEMON MERINGUE PIE 
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 sm. can condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. Realemon juice
1 graham cracker crust or Pet Ritz pie crust, cooked

Mix in a medium bowl Eagle brand milk, condensed milk, egg yolks, mix thoroughly, add lemon juice, pour into pie shell.

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
5 drops of water

Whip slowly add 1/2 cup sugar to egg white mixture. Spread over lemon filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
