TEX-MEX RICE 
1 c. rice
2 c. water
Bell pepper
Onion
Garlic
1/2 c. tomato sauce
Cumin
Pepper (black)

Brown rice in skillet until brown - cut bell pepper and onion and add. When brown - add your 2 cups water, tomato sauce, add pinch of cumin, garlic salt and pepper to taste. Simmer slow. Great with pinto beans.
