CORN OKRA AND TOMATOES 
2 c. cut okra
1 can whole kernel corn or 1 can fresh corn
1 can tomatoes or 3 med. size tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 celery rib, chopped

Place cut okra in baking pan or dish. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped onion, bell pepper and celery. Sprinkle with flour and fry on low heat until onions are limp. Add corn and tomatoes and continue cooking on low heat for about 30-45 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent sticking to skillet.

Note. Fry on low heat in a small amount of bacon drippings.
