POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 lb. butter (4 sticks)
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Cream butter and sugar. Blend in flour and vanilla; mix in potato chips. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
