CINDY'S RICE | |
1 stick butter 1 c. diced onions 1 c. long grained rice (not instant) 2 cans beef consomme soup 4 sm. cans sliced mushrooms, drained Carrots (optional) Saute onions in butter. Add rice; simmer 5-10 minutes. Put the rest of ingredients in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish with cover. Add rice mixture to casserole dish and cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
