CINDY'S SAUSAGE 'N PASTA 
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. diced onion
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 lb. sliced smoked sausage
1 can tomatoes with liquid
3 c. cooked macaroni (1 c. uncooked)
1 tbsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
Dash garlic powder
Dash pepper

In large skillet saute onions in oil until slightly softened. Add mushrooms and sausage. Cook until mushrooms are slightly browned. Stir in tomatoes with liquid, macaroni and seasonings. Stir well, chopping tomatoes. Simmer until heated through.

Serves 4.
