STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
2 lbs. zucchini
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
2 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. spaghetti sauce

Halve zucchini. Scoop out centers, leaving 1/4 inch shell. Place in shallow baking dish. Coarsely chop zucchini center; mix with next 8 ingredients. Spoon into shells. Top with sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
