MOM'S SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 lg. sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix these items together.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix and spreads over top. Top with thin sliced butter over brown sugar mixture (one stick). Bake in buttered casserole dish at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
