CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
salt to taste
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Boil chicken in salty water. Pick off bones. Add cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Mix together real good. Put in layers in pan as you would banana pudding. Then the crackers and butter mixed together, sprinkled over top. Place in oven at 300°F for 30 minutes.
