SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BREAKFAST 
6 slices of bread with butter
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
8 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Remove crust from bread, place in greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

Cook sausage, drain and spoon over bread slices, sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, milk and salt. Mix well and pour over cheese.

Cover and chill overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
