DUTCH GIRLS 
1 lb. butter
4 c. flour
1 c. water
Sugar

Mix butter and flour as for pie dough. Add water and mix. Roll out, fold dough into quarters, put in refrigerator. Do this 3 or 4 times. Chill dough 1/2 hour between rollings. Cut with biscuit cutter and sprinkle with sugar. Roll into oval shape and bake 15 minutes in 350 to 375 degree oven.
