HEARTY BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
3/4 c. wheat bran
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. blueberries

Sift all dry ingredients together. Add all liquids which have been beaten together and mix with a few swift strokes. Quickly fold in blueberries and divide into 12 well oiled muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
