PENNY'S 15 MINUTE BEAN SOUP 
It is so so yummy and fast. Great on a cold night.

3 (15 oz. ea.) cans butter beans
2 cups water
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 lb. turkey ham, finely chopped
1 onion, chopped

Add cans butter beans to a big pot. Add 2 cups water. On low heat add butter, chopped ham and onion. Turn heat on high for 15 minutes or till its boiling and its ready to eat.

Serve with corn bread and butter. Enjoy!
