BUCKEYE BALLS | |
2 sticks butter 1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted 18 oz. jar peanut butter (1 1/2 c.) 1 tsp. vanilla Mix thoroughly. Roll into small balls. Refrigerate overnight. In double boiler, melt: 1 pound coating chocolate. Dip every ball in chocolate with toothpick. Set on waxed paper. Take toothpick out and smooth over hole. Leave a little circle at top, don't cover peanut butter ball completely. |
