“FISH BATTER” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  GOLDEN CARROT PIE

FISH BATTER 
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup water

Mix dry ingredients. Add water and mix well. Use to coat fish or chicken fillets. Cover the fish completely.

Deep fry until a nice golden brown.
