PUMPKIN ROLL 
3 lg. eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour

Line 10 x 15 cookie sheet with waxed paper. Pour mixture onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn out onto granulated sugared towel; roll like a jelly roll. Let cool 20-30 minutes. Unroll and spread with filling and roll back up again into jelly roll. Great frozen.

FILLING:

2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. confectioners sugar

Mix filling and cream well together.
